Summer Reading

Link up with us to share what's on your summer reading list.

I have too many, and can't decide which ones I'm going to focus on.  That's why I want to know what you're reading.  Here are some of my options...

Seriously, there are a ton more, but I think these are on my short list.

I. HAVE. NO. IDEA.  I have nothing on my list right now.  I can't even remember the last book I read for pleasure.  I like Kristen Hannah, Jodi Picoult, Historical Fiction (especially WWII) and a good summer love story.

Link up with us below to share what you're reading and comment to let me know what I should read both for PD and pleasure.

We have 15 days of school left...I'm counting down the days till I can sit out under my umbrella with a cold lemonade and read my books (during my 3 year old's nap of course).

Happy countdown to summer!

    1. I haven't heard of Building a Better Teacher or Big Magic. I've been all about the mindset this year though and hope to do some more reading and research into it this summer. Happy summer and reading. :o)

    1. OOhhh....Purposeful Play sounds like a good one too. I'm hoping my Kinder friend will read that one and share her thoughts with me. Enjoy your summer and your reading. :o)

  3. Hi, I'll need to come back and link up!
Castle, one of my fave shows, just had their season finale. I was so sad, so my husband purchased the Richard Castle books for me! They are pretty "light" on writing style, but perfect for summer reading. My PD book stack is HUGE. I can't wait to join in some summer book clubs with other teachers. Good luck with your last few weeks! We have 21 days and counting...Jen

  4. Currently reading Amplify - love it. Thought of you in the Twitter section. Are you part of the #1stchat community? (First grade teachers who meet online every Sun at 8pm EST to chat 1st grade curriculum/practices). Recommended in Amplify.
